Rate and Rental Information

** Rent includes cleaning fee & 7% PR Tourism Tax

** $300 refundable security deposit additional

** 2 night minimum

** No discount for holiday weeks

Deposit & Rental Payment: Reservations are not guaranteed until a deposit and rental agreement have been received.  A deposit equal to 50% of the rent is required at time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance (including the security deposit) is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Security Deposit: A $300 security deposit will be required with the balance payment and returned within 30 days of departure.

Payment Methods: Personal check, money order, bank check or Paypal online (credit cards or bank payments - Paypal account not needed).

Cancellations:  All cancellations will incur a $100 rebooking fee which will be deducted from rent received. At least a sixty (60) day written cancellation notice is required for a full refund less rebooking fee. Cancellations less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival or early departures result in loss of all rent paid.  If you are concerned about potential cancellations, I recommend purchasing Trip Insurance.

Miscellaneous:

• In consideration for all guests, there is no smoking in the house or on the verandah.
• If the house requires heavy cleaning, your security deposit will be used to cover charges over the standard cleaning fee.
• Returned check fee is $35.00 and any additional payments must be made with certified funds (credit card, bank check, money order).
